Since 1973, Sea Island Imports has provided our customers with the very best service: friendly, efficient, and personal, and with unusual items of the highest quality at the very best prices. We specialize in timeless traditional items of our own design. We constantly add interesting and useful new items so please check the products section of this web site which features more than five hundred photos and is updated almost daily.

- TERMS: Mastercard, Visa or Discover.
- MINIMUM: Opening orders, $200.00. Re-orders, $150. (Non-profits: $150 and $100. Please send proof of non-profit status.)
- CLAIMS:Please notify us right away. Retain item and packing material and boxes. All shortages or other claims must be reported within ten days of receipt. The item will be replaced or credited as you choose. No returns are accepted after 90 days.
- SHIPPING TIME: You can expect your order to arrive about two-three weeks after it is received by us. Sometimes it is practical to hold an order for an in-coming container. Wait time can be longer during the very busy times after the trade shows and in the fall. If you have a special need or have a specific date that you would like for us to ship your order, please let us know and we will be pleased to accomodate whenever possible.
- AVAILABILITY: All our products are hand made and hand painted in Thailand. If something you need is not available at the time of your order, we will place it on back order for you unless you request otherwise or if we can not find a suitable substitute. Backorders can usually be filled within four months--usually less but sometimes more. Just give us a call, and we will update you or you can tell us how you would like to deal with the backordered item. However it is our policy to ship backordered items as soon as they arrive without notifying you in advance.
